Take a mustard leaf clean,wash and chopped and washed.
Take a spinach clean,chopped and washed.
Take a chinipodium clean and chopped and washed for 2 or 3 tym.
Take a pressire cooker add 1 glass of water,then water boil add mustard leaf,spinach and chinopodium,salt and green chillies covered with lid.
Then boil in 1 hour for slow heat.
Take a pan add makki flour dry riast makki flour keep a side.
After onehour take a wok add half quantity of pure ghee,then ghee hot add garlic saute then add onion and ginger saute then add tomato puree mix well.
After pressure released add dry roasted makki flour,jaggery powder and 2tsp oil and half quantity of pure ghee mix and blend.
After blend saag mix in tarka mix well and cook for 5 minutes at slow heat.
